Corn Spinach Sandwich
Corn Spinach Sandwich with orange juice or any juice you prefer. Sounds great for breakfast right? Make it with whole wheat bread, which would make the trio (bread, corn, spinach) a better combination health wise and also taste wise.
Ingredients:
Butter : 1 tbsp
Boiled Corn kernels : 1/2 cup
chopped spinach leaves : 1 cup
Maida (all purpose flour): 1 tbsp
Cold milk : 1/2 cup
Crushed pepper : 3/4 tsp
Red chilli flakes : 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Heat butter in a pan, add boiled corn kernels, chopped spinach leaves and cook for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add maida to cold milk, mix properly to avoid lumps and add this into the pan.
3. Stir well till the conosistency becomes little thick.
4. Add salt, crushed pepper and red chilli flakes.
5. Sandwich this mixture between the bread slices and grill it.
